On May 18, 2026, Cuisinart — a division of Conair LLC and a long-standing leader in small kitchen appliances — unveiled its new ClearView Air Fryer collection, betting on a "visibility-first" design philosophy to win health-conscious home cooks. The lineup pairs real-time food monitoring with PFAS-free materials, reflecting two of the strongest consumer trends shaping the air fryer category in 2026: transparent cooking and safer non-stick coatings.
The collection includes the ClearView 4-Quart Glass Basket Air Fryer (AFC-4, $139.95) and the ClearView 9-Quart Basket Air Fryer (AFC-9, $159.95). Both models feature a glass basket with a top viewing window and interior light, allowing users to watch food crisp without opening the basket and losing heat. Cuisinart emphasizes PFAS-free construction: the 4-quart uses a glass basket and ceramic nonstick crisper plate, while the 9-quart adds a wide 10.8-inch cooking surface for even browning and a dishwasher-safe ceramic nonstick basket.
Functionally, the air fryers go beyond basic frying. The 4-quart offers five modes — Air Fry, Recrisp, Bake, Broil, and Keep Warm — plus two customizable presets, supported by shake reminders, auto-pause, and optimized airflow for even results. The 9-quart targets families and batch cooking with dedicated presets for wings, french fries, and frozen snacks.
The ClearView collection launched exclusively on Amazon on May 18 and will expand to Cuisinart.com and additional retailers in fall 2026. According to Hannah Machuga, Cuisinart's Product Marketing Director, the range answers rising consumer demand for glass and PFAS-free ceramic materials, turning the cooking process into a more interactive, confidence-building experience.
For OEM and ODM partners, the launch signals a clear direction: visibility, PFAS-free coatings, and intuitive digital presets are becoming baseline expectations in premium air fryer development.
