What is a dual heating air fryer?

A dual heating air fryer uses top and bottom heating tubes together, instead of a single heating element. Two heat sources shorten preheat and cut cook time on dense foods by roughly a third, while the bottom tube prevents the "under-cooked bottom" problem common in single-element baskets. EPRO ships dual heating across the full 4L to 12L range — single-basket 4L / 6L / 8L / 10L / 12L and dual-basket 4L+4L / 6L+6L — so an importer can run one platform, several bearings and fit every market segment from compact kitchens to family-size batches.

Glass basket vs coated basket: which should an importer choose?

Neither is universally better, because the choice depends on your market positioning and your logistics. Glass costs more in tooling and carries a higher breakage risk in transit, while coated baskets are lighter, cheaper to ship and cheaper to tool. Importers choose glass when the selling story is coating-free cooking, and coated when unit cost and shipping density decide the shelf price.

Does EPRO test its air fryers for PFAS and BPA?

Yes. Our glass-basket air fryers are made with no intentionally added PFAS or BPA, and we have them tested by a third-party laboratory. Test reports are available on request. Please quote the model number, because the reports are model- and batch-specific.

What certifications does an air fryer OEM order need?

It depends on the destination market and on the specific model. Europe generally starts from a CE self-declaration, with GS frequently requested by German retailers, while North America typically expects UL or ETL. At factory level we hold ISO 9001 and BSCI, and we arrange model-specific certification per market.

What is the MOQ for an OEM air fryer order?

MOQ starts at 500 pcs per model on our existing air fryer platforms. A newly tooled model needs a higher commitment, because the tooling cost has to be spread over the production run. Send us the target model and market and we will confirm the exact threshold for your order.

Do you supply SKD and CKD kits?

Yes. We supply semi-knocked-down and completely-knocked-down kits for importers who assemble locally, which can reduce landed cost in markets where duties favour local assembly.

What is your monthly production capacity and lead time?

We run 8 production lines in a 30,000 m² factory with 180 staff, which gives a monthly capacity of 250,000 units. Standard lead time is 35 to 40 days from deposit and artwork confirmation, and the exact schedule for your order is confirmed at quotation.

How do I request the PFAS and BPA test report?
