Testing a new market should not require a full container commitment on day one. On our existing platforms, the minimum order quantity starts from 500 pcs per model; newly tooled models need a higher commitment, and our sales team will confirm the exact figure for your configuration before sampling.

We support mixed-model loading for distributor programs, so you can combine capacities or colorways in one shipment and validate sell-through before scaling the winning SKU.

Typical order flow: enquiry → specification and artwork confirmation → deposit → mass production → third-party or in-house QC → shipment. Standard lead time is 35–40 days from deposit and artwork confirmation.

For markets where import duties favour local assembly, EPRO supplies SKD and CKD kits with assembly documentation and video support. We already operate market-specific kit programs — including SKD for India program, SKD for Dubai program, SKD for Pakistan and CKD for Egypt — covering kit configuration, protective packing and assembly guidance for your local line.

Our Pro Packing Solutions are engineered for long sea freight: corner protection, drop-tested cartons and container loading plans that reduce damage claims on the India–Gulf routes.

Product certifications are arranged per destination market: CE and GS for Europe, UL and ETL for North America, SAA for Australia, with RoHS compliance across the range. Our plant holds ISO 9001 and BSCI accreditation — documentation can be shared with your compliance team when you request a quotation.

Food-contact safety is part of the specification: our air fryers are third-party tested with no intentionally added PFAS or BPA, and the test report for your model and batch is available on request.
