The AeroLucen replaces the conventional coated metal basket with a high-borosilicate glass barrel, allowing users to watch food caramelize and crisp in real time and adjust mid-cycle. Critically for export markets, the glass barrel and crisper plate carry no PFAS-based nonstick coating, eliminating the peeling and chemical-migration concerns that increasingly drive regulatory scrutiny in the EU and North America. A reversible Magic Crisper Plate converts the cavity between a full 5-quart capacity and a 2.5-quart configuration that sits closer to the heat source for more efficient roasting.
