Dreame Technology recently hosted the "DREAME NEXT" launch event at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, unveiling its vision for the next-generation smart health kitchen. Jackie Chen, head of Dreame Small Kitchen Appliances, presented a lineup of high-tech products designed to address evolving consumer pain points in home cooking.

A centerpiece of the launch was the Dreame AeroFusion™ Air Fryer AF60, which introduces CrispVapor™ technology to solve the common frustration of dry, tough food from traditional air fryers. The AF60 features an integrated 800W die-cast aluminum steam generator that produces 140°C superheated steam within 30 seconds, creating a moisture barrier around ingredients. Its "Steam-Then-Roast" logic, combined with a 2500 RPM high-speed fan and Coandă-effect air duct for 360° circulation, delivers a "crispy outside, juicy inside" experience. The product also employs a dual-source heating system with a top stainless-steel infrared-coated tube and a bottom PTC ceramic heater to eliminate cold spots and enhance safety.

The event also showcased the Dreame BlendLogic™ Power Blender PB70 with iDetect™ Smart Blending System, and the Dreame Ecceluxe™ Master Fully Automatic Espresso Machine FCM60 featuring 19-bar extraction and dual PID temperature control. The AF30, a 7L family-sized variant with 360° Dual-Source Cyclonic Heat™, is set to launch in the U.S. in June via Amazon and Dreame's official channels.
