The global air fryer market reached USD 1.09 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow at a 7.0% CAGR to USD 2.15 billion by 2035, according to Expert Market Research's August 2026 report (EMR4795). Rising health consciousness, the convenience of oil-free cooking, and steady innovation in smart and multifunctional appliances continue to lift demand across both households and foodservice.

Adoption has become mainstream: U.S. air fryer ownership jumped by about 27 percentage points between 2020 and 2024 — one of the steepest adoption curves of any kitchen appliance. Asia Pacific is the largest and fastest-growing region, anchored by China's manufacturing base and rising incomes in India; in April 2026 Xiaomi launched its Mijia Smart Air Fryer Pro in China, an app-controlled model with eleven functions spanning steaming, roasting, and sous vide.

2026 is shaping up as a year of premium, material-led launches. Cosori's Dual Blaze TwinFry (April 2026) uses dual heating elements with a coating-free, non-toxic interior; Instant Pot's Vortex VersaZone 12L and SharkNinja's Ninja CRISPi PRO glass model push capacity and visibility; at CES 2026 Emerson debuted a voice-controlled SmartVoice Air Fryer with more than 1,000 spoken commands. SharkNinja posted FY2025 net sales of USD 6.4 billion (up 15.7%) and opened new distribution hubs in Germany and France.

Digital models are the fastest-growing device type, online the fastest-growing channel, and commercial use — quick-service restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens — the fastest-growing end use. For EPRO and B2B buyers serving India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Middle East, and Africa, the signal is clear: demand is shifting toward larger, smarter, stainless-steel and PFAS-free, app-connected air fryers. These attributes map directly onto OEM and ODM private-label and customization programs.
